Thursday 5/7/2020

Travel day to Riviera Maya (please use the Cancun airport for flight booking)

*** Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a WhiteHat sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is Amstar.

• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
• Reminder: complimentary water sports (kayaks, hobbie cats, SUP, pedal boats) are available for guests at the beach every day from 9:00am-4:00pm.

Attendees are on their own for lunch but let's try to meet up in the pool area in the afternoon to connect!

3:00 - 4:00pm: Water Basketball (20°87° Pool)

4:00 - 5:00pm: Water Polo (20°87° Pool)

5:30 - 6:00pm: Mezcal Tasting (Bar Balam)

7:00 - 9:45pm: Welcome Party -  Terrace at Unico 20°87°

Friday 5/8/2020

Today is all yours!

Breakfast on your own. Breakfast is served at both Mi Carisa and 2087 Restaurant from 7:00 - 11:00am. Inez Cafe has fresh juices, coffee, tea, and baked goods in the morning, while the menu transitions to sandwiches, paninis, and meal-sized salads for lunch and dinner. Inez is open from 6:00am - 2:00am.

Hotel Wellness Schedule (classes are subject to change) - Complimentary to all hotel guests:

• 9:00 am | Spinning (Hotel Gym)
• 10:00 am | Hydro-Pilates (20°87° Pool)
• 11:00 am | Core (Hotel Gym)
• 3:00 pm | Open Class

1:00pm-4:00pm - Please join us at the WhiteHat cabanas at the top part of the 20°87° Pool for some afternoon cocktails and socializing. 

Today there will be a Mixology 101 Class offered in the Palmera Lounge from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.  Complimentary to all hotel guests.  

Dinner: At Leisure. Here is a link to the restaurant options on property that are included. We highly recommend making reservations using the app before you arrive or as soon as you check-in to the property. Our favorite restaurants are Mura House and Unico 2087.

Saturday 5/9/2020

Inez is open from 6:00am - 2:00am.

Activities Day

Golf - 9:00am - 2:00pm.  Golf will be played at the Hard Rock Hotel partner course; food, beverage, rental clubs, green fees, and cart rental will be provided by WhiteHat. Collared shirt is required.

Spa Treatments - 10:00am - 4:00pm.  Individual spa appointments (Massage or Facial) will be posted on your individual itineraries. We recommend you arrive at least 45 minutes before your treatment to enjoy the spa water rituals.

Swim with the Dolphins - departure time tbd.  This is a great opportunity to have a close encounter with these beautiful mammals. 

Mayan Cenote Experience -  departure time is 12:50pm, you will return back to the hotel at 3:30pm.  You will find an oasis of life in the midst of the surrounding deciduous forest. Visit this breathtaking Cenote that comes from one of the biggest underground rivers of the area. This natural place is ideal for swimming, exploring, and marveling at its marine life.

For those back at the hotel:

• Reminder: complimentary water sports (kayaks, hobbie cats, SUP, pedal boats) are available for guests at the beach every day from 9:00am-4:00pm.
• In all guest rooms there are local hats. Those are yours to keep, and today on the Nayade Terrace, there will be a local artisan available to decorate your hat complimentary.

Today is free!

• Also feel free to take advantage of an additional activity by using the unlimited inclusions promotion. Think Spa, Scuba, Nail Salon, etc. We do ask for you to cover the service fee (25%) personally for additional activities.
